Welcome to Comfy Cozy Pet Sitting!
We provide tender loving care to your pets in the comfort of your home. We are not just pet caretakers, but pet-lovers as well. We’re happy to do just about anything to ease your anxiety over leaving your pet alone and will give your pet the TLC it needs while you’re away. This includes dog-walking, litter box/cage upkeep, and small animal care.
We care for dogs, cats, birds and a variety of other small animals and happily take care of your home—bringing in mail, taking out trash, watering plants, etc. — while you’re away.
About the Founder
Kathy Henderson
Founder and Co-Owner
My name is Kathy Henderson, and I founded Comfy Cozy Pet Sitting in 2010.
As someone who has loved pets all of my life and has owned them for most of my life, I truly get how important pets are to their humans. It was my dream to start a business where I could provide love and comfort to family pets when their owners couldn’t be with them.
In 2010 I started the business and, after working solo for a couple of years, I knew it was time to increase my team. I was lucky enough to find other special humans who share my beliefs about animal care. These special humans are my staff who make up Comfy Cozy Pet Sitting.
Without such an amazing staff, we would not be able to provide award-winning services for over a decade. We love what we do, and are so proud to be appreciated and recognized for our efforts!
In 2026, I became a Certified Pet Loss Counselor. I firmly believe that the loss of a pet can be just as traumatic and painful as the loss of a human family member and/or friend. Because of this, we have an added service, virtual grief counseling, through our “Tears for Tails” program.
